Frank Holmes, CEO and chief investment officer of U.S. Global Investors, was featured in Kitco News’ 2019 Outlook Expert Series. When asked where someone might invest in the new year, Frank said that “emerging markets look attractive as they’re oversold.” When considering new investments, Frank warns investors to “be aware of value traps – buying stocks just because they look cheap. I prefer GARP investing, or growth at a reasonable price, like Warren Buffett.”
