Frank Holmes spoke with Small Cap Power at the Prospectors & Developers Association of Canada (PDAC) conference in Toronto to discuss a variety of market-moving topics. On why gold could soon go to $10,000 an ounce, Frank says that an overprinting of money and lack of fiscal discipline could be a catalyst for prices. Also supporting the yellow metal is the idea of peak gold supply. The only real technological breakthrough in gold mining in decades is a company called Goldspot, which uses artificial intelligence to aid in the exploration process.
Frank also shared his top cryptocurrency stock pick – HIVE Blockchain Technologies. Frank was a part of building HIVE, the first publicly traded blockchain company, and is bullish on the digital currency space as a whole due to greater adoption of its underlying technology.
