Frank Holmes Bullish on Copper

At the Vancouver Resource Investment Conference 2020, where he was a keynote speaker and one of over 4,000 investors, Frank Holmes spoke with Jochen Staiger on Commodity-TV about his outlook for commodities. Just after giving his keynote presentation on gold, Frank reiterated his love for the metal: “I am a big believer that gold is an important asset class. For the past 20 years, 80 percent of the time gold has been up – now that’s a heck of a bet.”
Frank is also very bullish on copper, saying it is a longer term play as there aren’t any “new large mine projects even being developed or going into production,” which could cause a further supply deficit. His favorite pick in the copper space is CopperBank because it can give investors optionality.
